Dr. Jeffrey Kim

Dr. Jeffrey Kim is Board Certified in Gastroenterology. He has been in practice since 2005.

Dr. Kim received his Bachelor’s Degree in History from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. He received his Doctorate of Medicine from Howard University College of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-University Hospital in Newark, NJ. He went on to complete his Gastroenterology Fellowship at Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, NY.

Dr. Kim has co-authored several publications and received several rewards that include Golden Apple Award for Excellence in Teaching, Excellence in Psychiatry, and North American Conference of Gastroenterology Fellows. He is a member of the American Gastroenterology Association and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. He was named a “Top Doctor” by Georgia Trend Magazine for 2023 and is currently the Chair of the Wellstar Kennestone Hospital Medical Care Evaluation Committee.
