My goals for improving patient care are helping our patients develop a better understanding of their health care information, including their overall benefits and how their insurance works. A patient who is educated on their insurance plan will have the ability to take the necessary action to protect and promote their own health and wellness.

Streamlining the on-boarding process to recruit and retain engaged employees that really do care about our patients and recognize the workplace as a facility that is dedicated to quality patient care. It is extremely important to have employees that want to make a difference and not just want a job. I believe in seeking suggestions and feedback from employees regarding organizational improvement. It has been proven that happy, connected and supported employees offer high quality, energetic, diligent and superior patient care.    
Hobbies/Interests:
Painting is one of the ways I like to relax and unwind when she is not working. She also enjoys reading mystery novels and photography. I am fond of poetry and writing short stories in my spare time. I serve on the New Members Welcome Committee with my church as well as actively volunteering with a non-profit behavioral health organization for the past nine years.
